El Yucateco jalapeno sauce is an essential ingredient in Mexican homes and restaurants and it is used in dishes such as fajitas and enchiladas. It is made from green jalapeno peppers and is perfect accompaniment for smoked grilled meat or simply mixed in tomato sauce for dips!
INGREDIENTS
Jalapenο peppers (30%), water, iodised salt, acetic acid (Ε260), spices, xanthan gum, dried onion, citric acid (Ε330), preservative (E211) and food colourings: yellow (E102) and blue (Ε133).
