Biona Organic Cider Vinegar is made from pressed organic apple juice fermented with its vinegar Mother. To protect the valuable enzymes, aroma and full fruity flavour, the vinegar is not heat treated or pasteurised. As it's pure and unfiltered, it can result in cloudiness or sediments: this does not affect its quality.
For an invigorating tonic, mix 2-3 tablespoons of Biona Cider Vinegar with agave syrup in a glass of water.
