Based on Porto wine, this sauce combines the velvety texture with fruity notes and spicy touches! The concentrated fruity notes typical of Port stand out as well as sharp touches typical of vinegar.
Accompanies meats, pates, blue and soft cheeses and dried fruits. Ideal accompaniment both to enhance and to contrast flavors. It is possible to use it both cold and hot.
INGREDIENTS
Glucose and fructose syrup, Port Wine (20%),wine vinegar, red grape juice caramel, caramel colour E150, spice concentrate, persevative E-202, antioxidants (e224. E,330,E300, E353), thickener E-415.
Contains sulfites and alcohol (1.9%).
Keep in a cool and dry place. Once opened, store in the refrigerator.
