A versatile Brut produced from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc, using the Charmat method.
This sparkling wine has a delicate, pale golden colour, with a convivial brilliance, and surprisingly beautiful, long-lasting play of small bubbles. Floral and fruit accents prevail in the light, pleasant aroma while the fresh, crisp, dry taste of brut leaves a pleasant fragrant aftertaste.
This wine goes well with a broad range of seafood dishes, salads, tartlets, and can serve as an aperitif.
