INGREDIENTES
100g Hoisin Sauce - PEARL RIVER BRIDGE
50g Thai Red Curry Paste - COCK Red Curry Paste
50g Satay Powder - YOU HUY Extra Satay Powder
100g Oyster Sauce - PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Premium Oyster Sauce
50g Curry Madras Powder - TRS Curry Madras Powder
2 kg of beef fillet
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all the marinade ingredients and marinate the meat for 2 days. Then we bake it on a plate.
SWEET POTATO MASH WITH MISO
INGREDIENTS
900g Sweet potatoes (peeled, cut into cubes and boiled in water)
30g Orange juice
15g Salt
20g Sugar
30g shiro miso – SHINSHUICHI Shiro Miso
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil the sweet potatoes, cut into thick pieces, in water. Once they are soft, beat them in a Thermomix together with the orange juice, salt, sugar and miso paste.
HOISIN GLAZE
INGREDIENTS
15g fresh ginger
8g garlic
80g of sugar
100g of honey
90g Light Soy Sauce– PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Superior Light Soy Sauce
200g Hoisin Sauce - PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Hoisin Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil on a low heat, until we achieve the desired texture through reduction.
