This traditional sweet caramel cream is made according to the old family recipe of 1927 on the Coronado farm in San Luis Potosí. The difference between cajeta and dulce de leche is the use of goat’s milk instead of cow’s milk. Goat’s milk is a natural anti-inflammatory, has less fat, is rich in calcium. Put it on toast, pancakes, ice cream or sweets! Make the best banana with fresh bananas and whipped cream.
Keep in a dry and cool place. Store in the refrigerator after opening.
