Particularly popular dark and thick sauce with a sweet and rich taste given by dates. Used as a topping in okonomiyaki, a type of Japanese omelette / pancake but also in Japanese octopus donuts takoyaki. Taste it in burgers and stir-fries dishes. It is also a wonderful sauce for marinating but also for dips.
