Breadcrumbs in large flakes, ideal for perfect battering. It absorbs less oil than regular toast and foods stay crispy for longer.
Instructions:
1. Spray water on panko
2. Season your shrimps/meat/vegetable to your taste
3. Coat them with wheat flour and shake off any excess flour
4. Dip them in thoroughly beaten eggs
5. Then coat them thoroughly with Panko and press lightly. Deep fry at 180 c until light brow
