Jerez Reserve Pedro Ximénez vinegar is a typical Andalusian product with a Protected Designation of Origin.
It is produced by sweet sherry and dry white wine from the variety of Pedro Ximénez and Palomino Fino. Aged for at least 3 years in oak barrels and with acidity 6%, it gives a special, sweet, wonderful taste to vinaigrettes and sauces. Ideal for caramelizing meats, vegetables, fruits.
